This workshop will look at opportunities to use global learning to support communication as a cross-curricular skill. Then focusing on literacy, we will explore the experiences of some fictional characters in relation to global issues and concepts such as rights. Practical aspects will include a range of speaking, listening and small-group exercises, and adaptable resources.
