Level 2

You will gain a range of practical methodologies and resources to use in schools. 

You will have the opportunity to explore: 

  • Links between the SDGs and children’s rights
  • Strategies for exploring controversial issues 
  • Good practice and case studies from across Scotland.

Level 3

You will have the opportunity to explore:

  • Your personal and professional understanding of the SDGs within Scottish education
  • A whole school participatory active engagement with the SDGs
  • Tools for measuring attitudinal change in teaching and learning
  • Reflective practice as an on-going element of teaching and learning.

Time commitment

Level 2

Two face-to-face sessions (2 hours each) followed by a one-hour online or face-face session

Level 3

12 hours plus time for implementation.
