The British Council has been collecting innovative works of art from British and UK-based artists since 1938. The artworks can inspire you to get creative and look at global issues in different ways. This activity focuses on exploring the theme of My World through the work of modern artists.
What does the phrase ‘my world’ means to you? Do you think your answer might have been different this time last year?
Learning objectives: To investigate the work of three contemporary artists and issues connected to the theme My World.

Materials: You will need a mobile phone with a camera, paper, pens and pencils and possibly an old t-shirt or bag.
