The British Council has been collecting innovative works of art from British and UK-based artists since 1938. The artworks can inspire you to get creative and look at global issues in different ways. This activity focuses on exploring gender equality through the work of contemporary female artists Lucy McKenzie, Suki Dhanda and Lubaina Himid.
Learning objectives: To investigate the work of three contemporary female artists and issues connected with gender equality.
